CIO Services

Our CIO services are ideal for organizations that need executive level IT oversight. This program is designed with three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The CIO program allows companies the flexibility to budget the amount of help that they need and to adjust the amount of time that they require as their needs or projects dictate.

Silver
The Silver level includes many of our assessment services conducted on a periodic basis and provides executive oversight and guidance for implementing recommended improvements. This level provides CEOs and CFOs with experienced executive decision support for critical IT decisions.

Gold
The Gold level includes all the Silver level services plus strategic services including the design of a formal IT strategic plan or oversight of your existing plan. With the Gold level service, your CIO will interact with your local IT team and provide mentoring and support for your staff regarding major operational decisions and track financial metrics.

Platinum
The Platinum level includes all of the Gold level strategic services plus a focus on change leadership, vendor selection, vendor management and enterprise project oversight. The Platinum level provides the greatest degree of daily operational CIO oversight with implementing your IT plan. This Platinum level is designed for organizations that are taking on major organizational change, integrating new services or providers, or implementing new enterprise applications such as ERP, revenue cycle or EHR systems.
