Kenyatta Curley shares 3 easy steps for troubleshooting your home office WiFi to get you reconnected and back to work:
- Check the bottom right hand corner of your computer (typically located beside the date and time) to verify that you see a wireless connection or icon.
- Don’t see the icon? Double-check that you have wireless options available. If not, your wireless access may not be on. Turn the toggle left or right to make sure WiFi is turned ON.
- Next, double click on the wireless icon and verify that you now have a wireless connection. Click the option you need to connect to and you’re all set!
