AskIT: Working from Home – Connecting to WiFi

Kenyatta Curley shares 3 easy steps for troubleshooting your home office WiFi to get you reconnected and back to work:

  1. Check the bottom right hand corner of your computer (typically located beside the date and time) to verify that you see a wireless connection or icon.
  2. Don’t see the icon? Double-check that you have wireless options available. If not, your wireless access may not be on. Turn the toggle left or right to make sure WiFi is turned ON.
  3. Next, double click on the wireless icon and verify that you now have a wireless connection. Click the option you need to connect to and you’re all set!
