Not receiving emails? DeMarcus Brownlee, Service Desk Technical Analyst at CanvasIT shares two, quick troubleshooting tips for a disconnected email account.

  1. Make sure you’re connected to Internet (you need to be online, not offline!).
  2. Make sure your password is correct (regularly update your password for added cyber safety!).
