AskIT: How to Create and Document Processes

Courtney Lurry, Chief Customer Care Giver at CanvasIT shares how to identify problems, create and store processes to successfully scale your IT operations.

Keep in mind:

  1. Identify 10-20 common issues and start there.
  2. Next, document those issues and store them in a place easily accessible by all team members.
  3. Hold regular meetings to identify what processes need to be changed or updated.

 

If there is no process behind the technology, the technology will not work. You will not be able to scale your IT operations without proper processes in place to backup the technology!
