Through brief conversations with selected key executives, we gain an understanding of the organizations goals and known challenges. This is critical to making appropriate IT recommendations that are in alignment with the organization |

Financial Review
We review the organizations current IT spend and IT budget to identify whether any obvious cost saving or cost avoidance opportunities exist. |

Operational Review
Through conversations with IT staff and key department heads, we seek to understand each system and the flow of information through the organization, looking for opportunities to increase the value of existing systems through training, integration enhancements or process redesign. |

Technology Review
We review the IT infrastructure, security, disaster recovery and IT compliance efforts and conduct brief assessments of these areas if a recent assessment is not available. We provide guidance in understanding areas of risk, and in planning for future IT investments. |
